Payment & Shipping

This shop is for end customer. Please feel free to contact us (info@ione-europe.com) in case you are not an end customer (Reseller, Company etc.).

1. Payment options

1.1. For deliveries within in Germany we offer the following payment possibilities, if there is no further information indicated in the product information:

 • T/T in advance
• cash on delivery (plus 10.00 EUR cash on delivery fee)
• cash and carry

1.2. Cash and carry: the vendor (we) will inform the buyer by email when the goods are ready to pick up. In this case, there is no further shipping cost.
 
1.3. For deliveries not within in Germany we offer the following payment possibilities, if there is no further information indicated in the product information:

2. Delivery

2.1. The goods will be dispatched by DPD oder DHL

2.2. We dispatch as standard to the countries mentioned below. If you would like to ship the goods which were not indicated below, please contact us by email and indicate the article with the quantity and the delivery address included country and postal code. We will inform you, if we can deliver to the requested country and if there is any surcharge of delivery as we need to check this part with our forwarder. Please send us an email to  info@ione-europe.com.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping Costs within Germany (excluded islands):

 We can send insured packages with a maximum amount guaranteed of 500.00€ per package.

3.3. Please note that the transnational deliveries can result further taxes (e.g. in case of an intra-Community acquisition) or/and other charges like customs duties. These extra costs have to be carried by you.


4. Delivery times

4.1. The delivery time is around 3-4 business days inside of Germany and around 3-6 business days for deliveries outside of Germany. Country-specific delays can be occurred due to the Customs clearance. If an article is not available in our stock or not deliverable, we will inform you.
